This blend is probably my actual favorite blend. It makes the most amazing crust on prime rib or tri tip! Mix this with olive oil + balsamic for a great dipping sauce for fresh bread. When you smell this blend you won't know if it's Thanksgiving, Christmas or if you are in the Mediterranean!
