Returns + Exchanges
RETURNS/EXCHANGES- WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ON UNUSED, FULL PRICE ITEMS. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED THEM IN AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 48 HOURS. PLEASE NOTE OUR BUSINESS HOURS ARE MON-FRI 8AM-5:30PM MST.
You have 14 days to exchange your products for store credit if you don't love them! If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back without a return slip. If you lost your return slip, please reach out to email@example.com so we can send you a new one.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned- including perishable goods such as ALL food items. Including cooking oils, jams & spreads, meats, spices, syrups & flowers.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable books
- Sale items
IF YOUR ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGES. If you need to exchange a damaged item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide you will the shipping label.
IF YOUR PACKAGE SAYS 'DELIVERED' & YOU DID NOT RECIEVE YOUR PACKAGE, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS OR UPS. IF YOU PURCHASED ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY VIA THE LINK IN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. THEY WILL REPLACE THE ITEM FOR YOU.
Returns On Gifts- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and just be aware they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we reccomend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
