Olive Wood
Around here we are pretty partial to olive wood spoons & cutting boards! Olive wood holds up for many years & requires little maintenence. Handwash only, make sure to dry well, & oil when your spoons feel dry! Olive wood is less porous & has antibacterial properties. It's safe to use your spoons on raw meat. One of my favorite reasons to use olive wood is that the cooking spoons wont ruin your pots & pans! I also always use my olive wood spoons for mixing cakes, cupcakes or cookies!
stain & odor resistant // safe for non-stick & stainless steel pans // slow to heat so they don't melt
